YOGA CLASS INFORMATION

MONDAY and THURSDAYS 6:15-7:15 PM & SATURDAY 10:15 AM-11:15 AM

Restorative Yoga Class 4th Wednesday of the Month

Our policy requires students to "check in" to schedule the classes they plan to attend each week.

This will allow us to be fair to all students. Since each person has to travel to our location we want them to have a space when they arrive. We don't have room for expansion in our current studio but we do have room for additional class times. We can accommodate 8 students and if you are the 9th student requesting that time, you will receive an email or phone call advising you that space is not available.

Reserve your space in an upcoming class by completing form below.

Ms. Deb Brown teaches on Thursdays

Ms. Deb Brown Deb began practicing yoga in 2003 originally as a fitness routine and to calm her busy mind. Her job as a busy ICU nurse and workouts in the gym were mentally overstimulating and she found that Ashtanga Yoga was her answer. This "meditation in motion" helped her gain strength and flexibility in mind, body and spirit. In 2009, her love of the practice and desire to share her experience with others spurred her to complete a 200 hour Teacher Training at Lehigh Valley Ashtanga Yoga School. She continued her education practicing in workshops with David Swenson, David Williams, Amy Ippolito, Nikki Costello, Natasha Rizopoulos, Leslie Kaminoff, Gary Kraftsow and Ana Margaret Sanchez to name a few.  Deb's classes are a fusion of basic to challenging postures, offering modifications of asanas appropriate for beginner and experienced practitioners alike.  Deb is an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance and a member of the Himalayan Institute/Yoga International.  She is grateful to have the opportunity to join the Art is Inn Yoga Community and to share her playful yoga practice with it's members.
